  The police in Adamawa state have arrested a thirty-five-year-old man identified as Ishaya    The deceased, Franchise Albert and his 20-year-old wife, Libiyatu, had been having family issues since 2022 after she began having an extramarital affair with the suspect. e deceased was said to have warned both his wife and the suspect who resides at Luggure Gajere in Fufore LGA, but they refused to heed his warning. "My husband had warned us when he got wind of what we were doing. My husband and I fought over the issue as a result of which I left for my parents' house. Ishaya followed me and took me into the bush and had an affair after the warning. He slept with me 5 times". Another alleged Victim Of the BRT Driver Arrested Over Bamise's Death Has Emerged..

 


A Nigerian lady has reportedly come out to say that she was assaulted by Andrew, the BRT driver who was arrested in connection with the gruesome murder of 22-year-old lady, Bamise.


The BRT driver identified as Andrew Nice in an interview with TVC claimed he had no connection to the adductors and killers of the 22 yeard old who was found dead after boarding his bus.

According to him, Bamise was forcefully dragged out of the bus by some guys he picked up along the way. He alleged that the guys showed him their weapons which instilled fear in his heart so he couldn’t do anything to help the young lady but drove off after they abducted her.

Reacting to Andrew’s claims in the interview, activist Harrison Gwamnishu said the driver is not to be believed.

He added that another woman has come out to claim that Andrew raped her in the same bus and then threatened her.

“Please don’t believe this man. We have another victim who escaped from his hand after she was brutaIIy r@ped and threatened. The victim will be going to the Police to make statement and tender evidence.” Harrison wrote.

Gang Arrested For Kidnapping, Killing Man Days To His Wedding

Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin has sentenced one Mohammed Kazeem Beiwa to death for the horrific murder of his next-door neighbour, Olokose Ojo Olushola in Ilorin a few days before his wedding.    Late Ojo, a staff at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) unit of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, was kidnapped and murdered by Mohammed and his gang for ritual purposes in 2021.    The court also handed down 10 years imprisonment and a N100,000 fine each to his two other accomplices; Madu Jeremiah and Mohammed Chatta while the fourth defendant, Jimoh Abdulateef was set free by the Court for lack of diligent prosecution.   The four accused persons were facing prosecution before the court on eight count charges having been accused of criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, culpable homicide, illegal possession of firearms, and illegal removal of human parts.   The prosecution led by the former Attorney Genera...
