  The police in Adamawa state have arrested a thirty-five-year-old man identified as Ishaya    The deceased, Franchise Albert and his 20-year-old wife, Libiyatu, had been having family issues since 2022 after she began having an extramarital affair with the suspect. e deceased was said to have warned both his wife and the suspect who resides at Luggure Gajere in Fufore LGA, but they refused to heed his warning. "My husband had warned us when he got wind of what we were doing. My husband and I fought over the issue as a result of which I left for my parents' house. Ishaya followed me and took me into the bush and had an affair after the warning. He slept with me 5 times".  Former Miss Nigeria and housemate on season 7 of the Big Brother Naija reality show, Beauty Tukura has spoken up for the first time since her disqualification from the show.

 

Beauty who is the 43rd Miss Nigeria got qualified from the reality TV show on August 7, two weeks after the show began.

She received a double strike for removing her microphone and throwing an object toward her love interest in the house, Groovy for dancing with Chomzy at their Saturday night party, thus breaking Biggie's rule of physical violence. She had earlier received a strike for assaulting another housemate, Ilebaye. With three strikes, she was immediately asked to leave the show.

 

In a live session with her fans, Beauty stated that she is now in a better place and that she is not depressed. She also stated that she has learnt from her mistakes. She thanked her fans for all the love they have shown her since she was disqualified from the show.

''I just want you to know I am fine. I am okay. The bad days are over. I can say now that my worst days are actually over. I am just moving on, Lessons leant. I am moving on with all the love and all the good energy.

Gang Arrested For Kidnapping, Killing Man Days To His Wedding

Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin has sentenced one Mohammed Kazeem Beiwa to death for the horrific murder of his next-door neighbour, Olokose Ojo Olushola in Ilorin a few days before his wedding.    Late Ojo, a staff at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) unit of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, was kidnapped and murdered by Mohammed and his gang for ritual purposes in 2021.    The court also handed down 10 years imprisonment and a N100,000 fine each to his two other accomplices; Madu Jeremiah and Mohammed Chatta while the fourth defendant, Jimoh Abdulateef was set free by the Court for lack of diligent prosecution.   The four accused persons were facing prosecution before the court on eight count charges having been accused of criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, culpable homicide, illegal possession of firearms, and illegal removal of human parts.   The prosecution led by the former Attorney Genera...
