  The police in Adamawa state have arrested a thirty-five-year-old man identified as Ishaya    The deceased, Franchise Albert and his 20-year-old wife, Libiyatu, had been having family issues since 2022 after she began having an extramarital affair with the suspect. e deceased was said to have warned both his wife and the suspect who resides at Luggure Gajere in Fufore LGA, but they refused to heed his warning. "My husband had warned us when he got wind of what we were doing. My husband and I fought over the issue as a result of which I left for my parents' house. Ishaya followed me and took me into the bush and had an affair after the warning. He slept with me 5 times". Viewers of the ongoing Big Brother Naija level-up show have expressed concern at Phyna’s physical appearance at the pool party.

The housemates usually have a pool party on Thursdays to relieve the tension and stress of the week and they all wear outfits befitting for the party.


Last night was not an exception and as expected, the female housemates wore two-piece bikinis while the male housemates wore briefs.

Phyna, who donned a yellow bikini to the party, has however stirred mixed reactions from netizens as they point out her protruding stomach in the outfit.

Some wondered if the Edo-born housemate is pregnant while others advised her to cut down on her alcohol intake because she is a ‘beer lover’.

@gleam_beaute wrote, “Phyna’s excess consumption of beer is making her to have big stomach. She should work on it pls”

Some netizens also berated her for body-shaming her fellow housemate, Bella, when she has a big stomach.

However, an Instagram user said Phyna earlier disclosed that she’s on her menstrual cycle, which possibly made her bloated.

Gang Arrested For Kidnapping, Killing Man Days To His Wedding

  Justice S. M. Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin has sentenced one Mohammed Kazeem Beiwa to death for the horrific murder of his next-door neighbour, Olokose Ojo Olushola in Ilorin a few days before his wedding.    Late Ojo, a staff at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) unit of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, was kidnapped and murdered by Mohammed and his gang for ritual purposes in 2021.    The court also handed down 10 years imprisonment and a N100,000 fine each to his two other accomplices; Madu Jeremiah and Mohammed Chatta while the fourth defendant, Jimoh Abdulateef was set free by the Court for lack of diligent prosecution.   The four accused persons were facing prosecution before the court on eight count charges having been accused of criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, culpable homicide, illegal possession of firearms, and illegal removal of human parts.   The prosecution led by the former Attorney Genera...
