  The police in Adamawa state have arrested a thirty-five-year-old man identified as Ishaya    The deceased, Franchise Albert and his 20-year-old wife, Libiyatu, had been having family issues since 2022 after she began having an extramarital affair with the suspect. e deceased was said to have warned both his wife and the suspect who resides at Luggure Gajere in Fufore LGA, but they refused to heed his warning. "My husband had warned us when he got wind of what we were doing. My husband and I fought over the issue as a result of which I left for my parents' house. Ishaya followed me and took me into the bush and had an affair after the warning. He slept with me 5 times". He Has The Choice To Marry A Second Wife, Pete Edochie talks about Actor Yul Edochie

 Veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie has opened up on how he felt when his son, actor Yul Edochie decided to marry his colleague, Judy Austin as second wife.

In a recent interview with Vanguard, Pete Edochie admitted that while he didn’t agree with his son’s decision, it was his to decide.

According to Pete, he was a Christian who read the bible, if King Solomon could have 700 wives and be dubbed a wise man then it was not in his place to judge his son.


In his words;

“I didn’t feel good, but like I said, I’m a Christian and I read the Bible. Solomon, with 700 wives and 300 concubines, was branded a man of wisdom .

It’s his choice and for whatever reason he decided to take a second wife, that’s what I can say.”

Yul made headlines in April of this year when he declared Judy to be his second wife. May, his first wife, has since voiced her disapproval of his choice, saying that she will not be persuaded to accept anything that does not line up with her beliefs.

Gang Arrested For Kidnapping, Killing Man Days To His Wedding

  Justice S. M. Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin has sentenced one Mohammed Kazeem Beiwa to death for the horrific murder of his next-door neighbour, Olokose Ojo Olushola in Ilorin a few days before his wedding.    Late Ojo, a staff at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) unit of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, was kidnapped and murdered by Mohammed and his gang for ritual purposes in 2021.    The court also handed down 10 years imprisonment and a N100,000 fine each to his two other accomplices; Madu Jeremiah and Mohammed Chatta while the fourth defendant, Jimoh Abdulateef was set free by the Court for lack of diligent prosecution.   The four accused persons were facing prosecution before the court on eight count charges having been accused of criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, culpable homicide, illegal possession of firearms, and illegal removal of human parts.   The prosecution led by the former Attorney Genera...
